Delicious drinks to enjoy over the Easter Weekend


The Tipsy Bunny
Ingredients
200g Lindt Easter Bunny
35ml Tequila Rose
25ml Rum
15ml Chocolate liquer
Paper Straw
Instructions
1. Using a sharp knife make a small hole in your Lint Bunny
2. Add ice and all of your ingredients to a shaker
3. Shake for 30 seconds and the strain the mix into a mixing jug
4. Pour gently into the whole in the Lint Bunny
5. Use a paper Straw to drink and then eat your bunny
Pink Gin Candy Fizz
Ingredients
35ml Pink Gin
90ml Pink Prosecco
Candy Floss
Strawberry to Garnish

Instructions
1. Using a sharp knife make a small hole in your Lint Bunny
2. Add ice and all of your ingredients to a shaker
3. Shake for 30 seconds and the strain the mix into a jug
4. Pour gently into the the Lint Bunny and use your straw to drink
French 75

Ingredients 50ml London dry gin 1 tbs Sugar syrup 25ml Lemon juice 90ml Brut champagne
Lemon rind
Instructions
1. Add the Lemon juice, sugar syrup and Gin into a shaker and fill up with ice
2. Shake for 30 seconds and the strain the mix into a Champagne flute
3. Fill glass with Champagne
4. Garnish with Lemon rind

Raspberry & Limoncello Prosecco
Ingredients
3 cups Prosecco, chilled
1 cup Limoncello liqueur, chilled
1 cup frozen raspberries
Fresh mint to garnish
Instructions
1. In a large jug mix together Prosecco and Limoncello and ice
2. Pour over a glass with raspberries and garnish with fresh mint
Grapefruit Martini

Ingredients
50ml Mandarin Vodka
1x Freshly squeezed grapefruit
15ml Cointreau
10ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
Slice of Grapefruit
Instructions
1. Add the grapefruit juice, lime juice, Cointreau and Vodka into a shaker and fill up with ice
2. Shake for 30 seconds and the strain the mix into a Martini glass
3. Garnish with a slice of Grapefruit
